Supafast Affiliate Program Terms

These Terms govern participation in the Supafast Affiliate Program (the "Program"), which covers referrals for AstroZodify (astrozodify.com), Linguin (linguin.app), AskAIRank (askairank.com), Earthquake (earthquakes.site), and Treadmill Pro (iOS app), together with any other product we later add to the Program (each a "Product").

By registering for the Program you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Registration is open to any individual or entity that completes the sign-up process at affiliate.supafast.tech and receives an approved partner account ("Partner," "you").

1.2 We may reject an application or reject, suspend, or terminate any Partner account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, Program abuse, or violation of these Terms.

1.3 You must provide accurate registration and payout information and keep it current.

2. Referral Link and Promo Code

2.1 Upon approval you receive a unique referral code. This same code serves as both your tracking link parameter and the discount promo code your referrals enter at checkout.

2.2 You may share your code and link through any channel permitted under Section 7 (Prohibited Activities).

3. Customer Discount

3.1 A customer who applies your promo code receives a 10% discount on their first web payment for a Product. This discount applies once per customer and only to the first web purchase; it does not apply to renewals or subsequent payments.

3.2 The discount does not apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store or any other app store, since those platforms do not support promo codes at checkout.

4. Attribution

4.1 A referral is attributed to you if either of the following occurs before the customer's first purchase:

• (a) the customer clicks your referral link and a 60-day tracking cookie is set on their browser, with the last valid click before purchase receiving credit (last-click attribution); or
• (b) the customer enters your promo code at checkout, regardless of cookie state.

4.2 For purchases made inside a mobile app store (for example, the Apple App Store), attribution is possible only through code entry where the app supports it. There is no cookie-based attribution and no discount for app store purchases; commission on such purchases, where technically trackable, follows the same rules as Section 5.

4.3 Attribution is permanent once established: the referred customer stays attributed to you for every payment they make on that Product, not only their first, for as long as they remain a customer.

4.4 We are not responsible for lost attribution caused by browser privacy settings, ad blockers, cleared cookies, cross-device purchases, or app store limitations.

5. Commission

5.1 You earn a commission of 35% of every payment charged to a referred customer, including their first payment and any renewal, subscription rebill, upgrade, or other subsequent payment, net of any discount applied on that specific payment (calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after the 10% discount on their first payment, if used).

5.2 Commission is calculated and recorded separately for each individual payment. Each payment carries its own 30-day hold (Section 6.3) and its own eligibility for payout.

5.3 Lifetime deals and one-time purchases are commissioned at the same 35% rate, applied once to that purchase, since there is only ever one payment to commission.

5.4 If a payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission for that payment is reversed. If the commission was already paid out, we may deduct the reversed amount from your future payouts or invoice you for it.

5.5 We calculate and report commissions in your affiliate dashboard. We may correct calculation errors at any time; you agree to repay any commission paid in error.

6. Payouts

6.1 Payouts are made in either of two methods, your choice: (a) USDT on the TRC20 (TRON) network, to a wallet address you provide, or (b) Wise, to the email address associated with your Wise account. You select your payout method and provide the matching recipient detail in your dashboard; each payout request is paid using the method on file at the time you submit it.

6.2 The minimum payout amount is $50. Balances below this threshold roll over to future periods.

6.3 Each individual conversion (payment) is subject to a 30-day hold from the date of the charge before it becomes eligible for payout. This hold exists to allow time for refunds or chargebacks to occur.

6.4 You are responsible for providing correct, active payout details for your chosen method. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or email you supplied, and we do not reissue payouts lost due to your error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Self-referral, meaning using your own code or link to purchase for yourself, a household member, or any account you control.
• Bidding on or running paid search or paid social ads that target the brand names, trademarks, or close misspellings of any Product (including "Supafast," "AstroZodify," "Linguin," "AskAIRank," "Earthquakes," "Treadmill Pro").
• Listing your code or link on coupon, deal, or discount-aggregator websites.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, or any technique that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine, informed user action.
• Spam, including unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or messaging in violation of applicable law.
• False or misleading claims about the Products, their pricing, features, or affiliation with Supafast.

Violation of this Section results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and immediate termination of your Partner account. We may also pursue any other remedy available to us.

8. Program Changes and Term

8.1 The Program has no fixed term and either party may stop participating at any time. Terminating your account does not affect commissions already earned and payable under Section 6, subject to Section 5.4 and Section 7.

8.2 We may modify these Terms at any time, including commission rates, discount rates, cookie duration, payout methods, and minimum thresholds. We will post the updated Terms at affiliate.supafast.tech and record the version and date you accepted. Continued participation in the Program after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree to updated Terms, your only remedy is to stop participating and close your account.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on commissions you receive, in your jurisdiction and any other applicable jurisdiction. We do not withhold taxes from payouts and do not provide tax advice.

10. Relationship of the Parties

Your participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Supafast. You act as an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind Supafast or make representations on our behalf beyond promoting the Products under these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Program, tracking tools, and dashboard are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, a specific conversion rate, or any minimum earnings.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supafast's total liability arising from the Program is limited to the unpaid, eligible commissions owed to you at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SupafastTech LLC as a Wyoming limited liability company, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction identified in Supafast's standard corporate terms of service, available on request.
